Terms of Service

Effective date: 15 July 2026

1. The service

RadReporter is a software platform that helps healthcare facilities manage ultrasound workflows and produce diagnostic reports, including AI-assisted transcription and report drafting. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the facility you represent.

2. Medical responsibility — important

RadReporter is a documentation and workflow tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. AI-generated transcript text and draft report content are assistive suggestions only. A qualified, licensed radiologist must review, correct, and confirm every report before it is released. The confirming clinician and the facility retain full clinical and legal responsibility for all report content and patient care decisions.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
  • You may only enter patient data that your facility is lawfully authorized to process, with any consents required by law.
  • You must not attempt to access other facilities’ data, probe or disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

4. Data

Patient data entered into the platform belongs to the facility. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use patient data for advertising or to train AI models.

5. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without a guaranteed uptime level during the early-access period. Facilities should maintain contingency procedures for producing reports if the platform is unavailable. Support: support@rad-reporter.com.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadReporter’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees paid by the facility in the twelve months preceding the claim (or ₹10,000 if the service was free). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for clinical decisions made using reports produced on the platform, which remain the responsibility of the confirming clinician and facility under section 2.

7. Termination

Facilities may stop using the service at any time and may request export or deletion of their data. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be notified to facility administrators by email. Continued use after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.
